Our Process

We have an extensive portfolio and material suppliers' catalogues if you want ideas for your new staircase. We also work closely with contractors and architects to build according to each client's unique design requirements. After careful site measurements are taken, we will submit a proposal for your approval.

It is important to all of us at Beautiful Custom Stairs to meet our commitments in order for your project to be completed on schedule. From the planning to the bidding, from the framing to the stair construction, our know-how and time management expertise will ensure your stair is installed on time and on budget.

Once both sides agree on the scope of work, pricing and scheduling, we ask for a deposit to order materials and begin production

If your custom staircase is a free-standing curved stair, the frame will be manufactured in our shop and transported to the jobsite to be completed. Otherwise, after we manufacture or order the component parts, it is assembled at the jobsite.
