We also work closely with contractors and architects to build according to each client's unique design requirements. After careful site measurements are taken, we will submit a proposal for your approval.

Once both sides agree on the scope of work, pricing and scheduling, we ask for a deposit to order materials and begin production

We build quality - which starts with framing.

In order to assure precision, we like to frame-in the stairs ourselves. This will guarantee your stair meets building codes. Also, we can build complex wreathed fittings, box newels with recessed panels, custom turned newels and wood balusters. If you need metal or glass, we have extensive experience with both stainless steel and wrought iron.

If your custom staircase is a free-standing curved stair, the frame will be manufactured in our shop and transported to the jobsite to be completed. Otherwise, after we manufacture or order the component parts, it is assembled at the jobsite.
